Pro Shield and Shade, as the Certified Installer, warrants that the application of Paint Protection Film (PPF) will be performed by professionally trained and qualified technicians, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to manufacturer guidelines. 

The manufacturer warrants professionally sold and applied LLumar® Platinum series Paint Protection Film (Platinum PPF-Gloss, Platinum PPF-Matte, Platinum Extra PPF-Gloss as applicable) (the “Product”) against cracking, bubbling or yellowing caused solely by defects in manufacture or materials, for a period of ten years from the date of purchase of the Product. This warranty is valid only if the Product application was performed by an authorized LLumar installer in the United States or Canada in accordance with manufacturer’s application procedures and applicable law. In no event whatsoever will manufacturer be responsible for improper or faulty installation of the Product.

This ten-year limited warranty applies only to LLumar Platinum series Paint Protection film. The Product is intended and warranted for use only on fully cured OEM (original equipment manufacturer) vehicle painted surfaces. This warranty is automatically void if installed over repainted, aftermarket painted or vinyl surfaces. Vehicle surface repainting is not covered under this warranty irrespective of the reason for removal. In the event of a warranty, Eastman is not responsible for the reapplication of ceramic coatings. The warranty explicitly does not cover film installed on non-painted surfaces including but not limited to, headlights, indicator lights, chrome or carbon fiber trim. The warranty coverage does not cover any defects other than those specified and is made solely to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Dealers are not authorized to modify or extend said limited warranty in any manner. This Product is to be used only in compliance with all applicable laws. Warranty coverage is invalid if the Product is subjected to abuse, improper care or use of abrasive or unapproved cleaning agents or in the event that any type of non-wax coating or supplemental clear coat is applied to the film. The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage to film or vehicle resulting from improper installation or care.

THE MANUFACTURER ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY DAMAGES OR STAINS CAUSED BY OUTSIDE FORCES OTHER THAN PRODUCT DEFECT OR ABNORMALITIES.
 

If any Product specified herein fails to conform to the limited warranty during the warranty period, the purchaser may obtain replacement Product, as well as removal of non-conforming Product and installation of replacement Product, at no charge to the purchaser, at any authorized LLumar Platinum Series Paint Protection Film installer anywhere in the United States or Canada, per the warranty coverage stated herein. The obligations of the manufacturer under this warranty are limited to the remedies set forth herein. Proof of purchase and completed warranty registration card will be required by the authorized installer to substantiate any warranty claim.
